Below is our service policy for bookings, refunds, and general terms. Every purchase helps support our mission. 1. Service Policy Our services include online courses, coaching, and digital content. These services are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, as they support our nonprofit mission and are for personal use only. By booking a session or purchasing digital content, you confirm that you understand this policy. 2. Coaching Sessions For online coaching sessions that require a virtual meeting, we kindly ask that you provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer that time to others who may need it. 3. Distance Healing For distance healing sessions, the service will be provided within 3 business days of purchase. After completion, you will receive an email with channeled healing information related to your session. 4. Refunds & Cancellations All sales are final for services, digital content, and memberships. If there is an issue with your service or booking, please contact us at info@nexagemedia.com within 7 days, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis. For issues related to damages or errors in physical products, please reach out within 7 days for a potential resolution. 5. Tax Benefits As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your support may be tax-deductible.
