NexAge Awakening Foundation, Inc. (“NexAge Awakening”) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our online shop, courses, subscriptions, services, and digital content are operated and supported by our sister company, NexAge Media, LLC.
This Refund & Shipping Policy explains how purchases, deliveries, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
1. Shipping Policy (Physical Products)
Processing Time
Physical products are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Some items (including one-of-a-kind or drop-shipped products) may have different processing times, which are noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or fulfillment partners. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout in USD.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking information is provided when available. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact info@nexagemedia.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include supporting documentation (e.g., photos). We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.
2. Refund & Return Policy
General Policy
All sales are final, unless otherwise stated below. Due to the nature of our offerings, refunds or returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis where applicable.
Physical Products (Shop Items)
One-of-a-Kind or Custom Items
Unique or custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Drop-Shipped Products
Products fulfilled by third-party vendors are generally non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact info@nexagemedia.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. Requests are reviewed individually.
Standard Physical Products
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Digital Products, Courses & Subscriptions
All purchases of:

are non-refundable once access is granted or content is delivered.
Digital materials are provided for individual educational use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
Services & Sessions
Coaching Sessions
For scheduled online coaching sessions, a 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Distance Energy Services
Distance energy services are typically fulfilled within 3 business days of purchase. After completion, follow-up information may be provided via email. These services are non-refundable.
Refund Processing (When Applicable)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the issue was caused by our error.
