This Refund & Shipping Policy explains our approach to purchases, deliveries, and returns—because every crystal, course, or contribution you choose supports our mission. 1. Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your physical treasures as swiftly as the stars allow:

Processing Time: Physical orders are processed within 2-5 business days by NexAge Media, LLC via Wix. Exclusive one-off items or drop-shipped products may vary—check product descriptions for details.

Shipping Methods: We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or drop-ship partners). Costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout in USD.

Delivery: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link (when available). Delays due to carriers, weather, or cosmic disruptions are beyond our control—patience is part of the journey.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, email info@nexagemedia.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with proof (e.g., images). We’ll investigate and align a solution.
2. Refund & Return Policy
Your purchases power our nonprofit mission, so we’ve tailored our policies to reflect our offerings:
General Policy: All sales—including shop items, classes, subscriptions, services, and digital content—are final unless otherwise stated below. We do not offer refunds or returns except in specific cases, as outlined.
Shop Items:

Exclusive One-Off Items: Unique items (e.g., custom crystals, limited-edition swag) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their one-of-a-kind nature.

Drop-Shipped Products: Items fulfilled by third-party drop-shippers are non-returnable and non-refundable unless an exception is granted. To request consideration, email info@nexagemedia.com within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue (e.g., images or video of damage/defect). We’ll review on a case-by-case basis and respond within 14 days.

Other Physical Products: For non-exclusive, non-drop-shipped items, refunds or exchanges are only available if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Classes, Subscriptions, Services, & Digital Content:

All purchases of online courses, subscriptions (e.g., membership plans), services (e.g., consultations, meditations), and downloadable/digital content (e.g., guides, audio files) are non-refundable. Once access is granted or content is delivered, your contribution is final and supports our nonprofit mission. Digital content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, shared, or reproduced without our written consent.
Coaching Sessions:
For online coaching sessions that require a virtual meeting, please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us accommodate others.
Distance Healing:
Distance healing services will be provided within 3 business days of purchase. After completion, you will receive an email with channeled healing information related to your session.
Process: Approved refunds (where applicable) are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Return shipping (if required) is at your expense unless the error is ours.
