Welcome to NexAge Awakening Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to sparking your spiritual and professional growth. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (nexageawakening.com), online shop, courses, subscriptions, services, and digital content, operated and supported by our sister company, NexAge Media, LLC. By engaging with our cosmic hub, you agree to these Terms. Let’s awaken together in harmony.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our services—we’ll be here when you’re ready to return.

 

2. Our Offerings

NexAge Media, LLC, our sister company, provides operational support—including website management, shop processing, and digital delivery—under the direction of NexAge Awakening Foundation, Inc., to further our nonprofit mission.

  • Resources & Guides for Your Awakening: Welcome to NexAge Awakening’s resource hub—a space where we’ve gathered our personal favorite tools, guides, and visionaries to uplift your mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re seeking inner peace, personal growth, or a deeper cosmic connection, these hand-selected gems are here to illuminate your path. Note: These are our recommendations and do not imply official endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

  • Courses & Digital Content: Online education in metaphysical sciences and downloadable content (e.g., meditations, guides) are intended for your personal use only—not for resale, redistribution, sharing, or reproduction without our written consent.

  • Shop: Crystals, apparel, and swag, including exclusive one-off items and drop-shipped products. Each purchase supports our nonprofit mission.

  • Subscriptions & Services: Membership plans, consultations, and other services are for personal enjoyment and growth, not for commercial use or redistribution.

  • Use: All content—physical or digital—is for personal use. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without our written consent is prohibited.

 

3. Purchases & Payments
Shopping with us fuels our mission, with transactions managed by NexAge Media, LLC:

  • Orders: All prices are in USD and processed securely via Wix/Paypal. Sales are final except as outlined below.

  • Exclusive One-Off Items: Certain shop items (e.g., unique crystals or custom pieces) are one-of-a-kind. These are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their exclusive nature.

  • Drop-Shipped Products: Items fulfilled via third-party drop-shippers are non-returnable and non-refundable unless an exception is granted. To request a return or refund, email info@nexagemedia.com within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue (e.g., images or video showing damage or defect). We’ll review on a case-by-case basis and respond within 14 days.

  • Shipping: We strive to deliver as promised, but delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Service Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • Online Coaching Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule an online coaching session that requires a virtual meeting, please provide a courtesy notice of 24 hours. This allows us to offer that time to others.

    • Distance Healing: Distance healing services will be provided within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive an email with channeled healing information once the service is completed.

  • Issues: For all other products, report problems (e.g., damaged or incorrect items) to info@nexagemedia.com within 7 days of delivery. Include proof (images/video) for us to assist you promptly.

4. User Conduct

We ask you to keep the energy positive:

  • Respect: Do not engage in harmful activities such as hacking, spamming, or disrupting our site or community.

  • Submissions: By submitting content (e.g., messages via forms), you grant NexAge Awakening Foundation, Inc. and NexAge Media, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or promote it in connection with our mission.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for your actions on our site. Unlawful or abusive behavior may result in restricted access.

5. Network Resources & Third-Party Relationships

Our Network Resources are independent entities:

  • Independence: Network Resources and other recommended visionaries, businesses, or guides featured in our hub are separate from NexAge Awakening Foundation, Inc. and NexAge Media, LLC. If you choose to engage with them (e.g., purchase services, products, or participate in their offerings), you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for their actions, content, or any resulting outcomes.

  • No Liability: Neither NexAge Awakening Foundation, Inc. nor NexAge Media, LLC assumes liability for disputes, damages, or issues arising from your interactions with these third parties.

We’re here to guide, not to guarantee:

  • As-Is: Our resources, courses, shop items, subscriptions, services, and digital content are provided for personal growth and enjoyment—not as medical, legal, or financial advice. Use them at your own discretion and risk.

  • Sister Company Role: NexAge Media, LLC operates and supports the website and related services on behalf of NexAge Awakening Foundation, Inc. However, each entity operates independently, and neither is liable for the other’s actions or omissions.

  • External Links: Links to third-party sites (e.g., Network Resources) are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or control their content or practices.

  • Availability: We aim to keep our site and digital content accessible, but technical issues may occur. We’re not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

Our nonprofit mission is empowerment, not risk absorption:

  • Scope: To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither NexAge Awakening Foundation, Inc. nor NexAge Media, LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress) arising from your use of our site or offerings.

  • Cap: If liability is established, our total responsibility will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service in question.
