Service Description
As an ordained Reverend and ceremonial officiant, Ves creates personalized ceremonies honoring life's meaningful moments, transitions, and celebrations. Each ceremony is thoughtfully designed around the people, beliefs, traditions, and intentions involved. Ceremonies may be spiritual, metaphysical, interfaith, non-denominational, or simply meaningful without following a particular religious tradition. Ceremonies may include: Weddings and Sacred Union ceremonies Vow renewals Commitment ceremonies Baby blessings and naming ceremonies Memorials and celebrations of life Rites of passage and life transitions Home and space blessings Custom spiritual ceremonies Complimentary Discovery Call All ceremonies begin with a complimentary 15-minute call with Ves to discuss your vision, location, timing, and what you'd like the experience to represent. Investment Pricing is customized based on the ceremony, preparation required, duration, location, and travel. Services typically begin at $300, with custom pricing provided following the discovery call.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Service Policy Thank you for choosing NexAge Awakening Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Every booking supports our educational and healing mission. Services Most services are offered virtually and include intuitive guidance sessions, coaching, and distance energy work. Ceremonial services and Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT) sessions are offered in person only and require an initial consultation and a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and preparation time. A free 15-minute discovery call is required for all in-person services to ensure alignment and readiness to work together. Scheduling & Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any virtual session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be rescheduled. For in-person ceremonial and hypnosis services, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined at the time of booking and deposit confirmation. Distance Energy Sessions Distance energy and alignment sessions are completed within 3 business days of booking. A follow-up email with relevant insights may be provided after completion when appropriate. Payments & Refunds All services are non-refundable. Deposits for in-person services secure preparation time and are also non-refundable. Tax Information As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, certain services or portions of bookings may be tax-deductible. Receipts are provided. Please consult your tax professional regarding eligibility.
