Coaching Sessions For online coaching sessions that require a virtual meeting, we kindly ask that you provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer that time to others who may need it. 3. Distance Healing For distance healing sessions, the service will be provided within 3 business days of purchase. After completion, you will receive an email with channeled healing information related to your session. 4. Refunds & Cancellations All sales are final for services, digital content, and memberships. If there is an issue with your service or booking, please contact us at info@nexagemedia.com within 7 days, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
