Every booking supports our mission. 1. Services All services are provided virtually and include online bookings such as coaching sessions, readings, and distance healing. By booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below. 2. Session Bookings For all scheduled sessions (coaching, readings, or virtual meetings), we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your spot to others in need. 3. Distance Healing Sessions For distance healing, services will be provided within 3 business days of booking. Upon completion, you will receive a follow-up email with any channeled insights or healing notes connected to your session. 4. Refunds & Cancellations All bookings are non-refundable. If an issue arises with your session or booking, please contact us at info@nexagemedia.com within 7 days, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. 5.
